Building access lobby

The space has two features heavily conditioning, on one hand the presence of the electric keys and furniture that contains it and on the other, the dimensions and space proportions.

For these reasons we gave special attention to indirect lighting in order to introduce a sense of a wider space complementing it with an area of direct lighting.

In this case, we used a combination of soft but at the same time intense colors that give the space a cosy character.

The Art of Remodelling

This 3D model was made with plans, sections, elevations and details. The architect in charge sent us all the drawings and this is the final result. This 3D shows potential clients the way it is going to look after the make up is done, saving time and money.

This is the best and easiest way to understand a plan for everyone, as you can picture yourself in any of the rooms in a more natural way. This was thought by the architect who asked us to build this 3D model when she contatcted us for the promotion of this project. It's all about marketing.

Palomares building

The palomares building is a Project in “palomares del rio”, Seville.
This is an outsourced project, another 3D modelling company asked us to generate the 3d computer generated model, and later on they would add lights, textures and surroundings by themselves.

project wasn't constructed. It is a pitty, I would like to enjoy a
summer night above water.
